Environment

We have built a perfect production environment to ensure a smooth manufacturing process and on-time delivery of the product. The manufacturing process goes step by step following scientific principles. The unit is equipped with automated blow molding machinery that carries out tasks swiftly.

Our manufacturing is a three-step process that is preform, final form, end product. We have installed Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) machine for production. This machine does the majority of the work with the single-stage technique.

Preform

The raw material(PET granulate) is dried and passed through a helical cylinder. During the transport, the raw gets heated at a very high temperature resulting in a liquid PET. The transparent PET is created at this phase with normal PET. Coloring is also done at this phase by adding dyes. The liquid substance is then injected into the first mold, also called preform mold. Here the bottle, jar, or can get the exact size according to their weight.

Final Form

In this phase the bottle or jar or can gets a neck sprayed with high precision, also known as conditioning. The blow mold gives the basic shape by stretching and blowing the part under its neck. Further dispensing is done with a dispenser pin in order to bring the material to the bottom. Blowing in a controlled manner brings a desired shape and volume.

End Product

This is the last process of manufacturing, the product moves on the conveyer belt. Here the inspection and quality check is also done using sensors and also manually. After quality check packaging is done and then sent to the storage center.
